Favorite Books of 2022

With a total of 126 books read in 2022, it was surprisingly difficult to come up with a top 10 list. I’ve either read books that I haven’t been a big fan of or generally started rating lower than usual. Several of these titles are even 4 stars read, all of them are memorable books though.

Without further ado, here are my favorite books read (and not necessarily published) in 2022.

Have you read any of these? What are your thoughts?

I definitely want to read Addie LaRue. I’ve heard amazing things about it. I have The Radium Girls on my TBR list and am hoping to read it soon. Great list! 🙂

  3. You read so many books that I enjoyed: I Am, I Am, I Am; Hamnet; Anne of Green Gables; and Radium Girls. I bet I’d like the others you read and enjoyed.

  4. The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue will be a favorite with me for a long time to come. Hamnet is still on my TBR, hope to get to it somewhere in 2023.

    Thanks for visiting us earlier!

I loved both of those Maggie O’Farrell books though for different reasons. Have you read her latest book set in Italy – not quite as good as Hamnet but some superbly atmospheric set scenes

  6. Congrats on reading 126 books! I loved Addie LaRue. Hamnet is sitting on my TBR shelf right now, so I’ll read it sometime this year.
