End of Year Book Tag: 2021 Edition
As the end of the year is fast approaching, figured it’s time to do the end of year book tag.
Are there any books you started this year that you need to finish?
The Art of Neil Gaiman by Naomi Campbell as I’m a big Gaiman fan. It’s separated into section, includes illustrations, excerpts and slowly making my way through it.
Do you have an autumnal book to transition into the end of the year?
The Lincoln Highway by Amor Towles – one of my most anticipated releases of 2021 and my current read.
Is there a new release you’re still waiting for?
Jade Legacy by Fonda Lee – I have preordered and waiting for December to come for my copy to ship.
What are three books you want to read before the end of the year?
Black Sun by Rebecca Roanhorse, The Dragon Reborn by Robert Jordan, Master Artificer by Justin Call and Castle in the Air by Diana Wynne Jones. Hopefully I’ll manage to get to all of these.
Is there a book you think could still shock you and become your favorite book of the year?
Hopefully some of the ones in question 4 will be good reads, but none of them are likely to knock Cloud Cuckoo Land from the top of the list, see my review here.
Have you already started making reading plans for next year?
I plan a big reread project of some of my favorite books, I’ll include more details in my New Year’s resolutions post come 2022.
Leave the link to your end of year tag blog post below. Happy reading!
