Should I Read These Book Series?

Today’s prompt is Characters Whose Job I Wish I Had , however, I don’t find this one that inspiring so I decided to do my own topic. These are some book series I’ve been thinking about reading, but I have some doubts about. The covers are of the first book in the respective series. Your opinion will be much appreciated.

Foundation by Isaac Asimov

The Riyria Revelations Series by Michael J. Sullivan

Keeper of the Lost Cities by Shannon Messenger

Red Rising Saga by Pierce Brown

Brothers Sinister Series by Courtney Milan

Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo

The Nevernight Chronicle by Jay Kristoff

The Burnt Empire Saga by Ashok K. Banker

Nevermoor by Jessica Townsend

Dune by Frank Herbert

Have you read one of these series? Which one is your favorite? Which one do you think I should read?

  1. I’ve been reading the Six of Crows books (or listening to the audiobooks) because there’s a Netflix series coming in April that looks good. First two chapters are tricky to get into but worth persevering with – the characters are great!

I love the idea of Dune but didn’t love the book. I know lots of people did though. And Foundation- I read those as a kid and did NOT get them, I don’t think lol. I don’t want to be negative here though so don’t pay me any attention! These do all look like a lot of fun!!!

  7. This is exactly how I feel about Dune. I’m pretty sure I want to read it, but … there’s been something holding me back.
