All the Books I Read in February

February was definitely an interesting reading month. There were some hits, some misses, some that gave me nightmares and other books I feel indifferent about.

Among these, I’d point out A History of What Comes Next and One August Night as disappointing, Traitor’s Blade and Autumn as underwhelming.

Locke & Key was to blame for my nightmares and I’m yet to read the remaining volumes, at this point I don’t know if I even want to.

Wolf Hall, The Blade Itself and The Missing of Clairdelune all got 4 stars whilst The Bone Season is the one that almost-but-not-quite made it there.

Jade War was a pleasant surprise, Oathbringer is the one with the neverending audiobook.

I dabbled in fantasy romance and graphic novels, with Irmina’s stunning illustrations being the favorite. With the Bridgerton series, A Deal with the Elf King and A Kingdom of Flesh and Fire, I’ve had enough romance to last me till summer.

I also read a few books in Macedonian that are not available in English.

The late Carlos Ruiz Zafón book is the one that made me cry as it’s his last book ever. RIP

What did you read in February?

I really enjoyed Locke & Key at the time. I did borrow my friends boxset so I binged them. I do think that helped for nightmares 😉

I read The Missing of Clairdelune in February too!
