  1. I like #7. Reading is a great way to gain new perspectives. Something I’m reading may completely change my view on something, but usually it just gives me a new way to think about it. Instead of changing my mind, reading expands it, if that makes sense.

  8. “To learn something new or be reminded of something old.” I love how you phrased that! It’s so true how books can carry memories and make us think of so many things from our own lives. I also love how you mentioned that reading can challenge our thinking on a variety of topics, that’s a big one for me too. Great list!
